Huge congratulations to Caleb on signing for Brentford FC! 🐝

After several years at Arsenal and interest from a number of top clubs, Caleb and his family made a fantastic choice selecting Brentford to continue his development—a progressive, highly ambitious club operating at the elite Cat 1 level.

It has been an absolute privilege coaching Caleb on a 1-2-1 level. His attitude and intensity are second-to-none. He brings 100% focus to every single session, always striving to be the best and never settling.
“Don’t practice until you get it right, practice until you can’t get it wrong.” That quote encapsulates Caleb’s mindset perfectly. If he misses a detail, he repeats it until it’s seamless.

A massive thank you to his family—especially his incredible mother—for trusting me with his technical development, as well as all the coaches who have played a part in his journey. It takes a dedicated support system to build a player, and Caleb has an elite team behind him.
With an older brother who recently signed a professional contract, Caleb is forging his own path and remains relentless in his pursuit of becoming a professional.

Wishing Caleb all the very best in this next chapter! 🙏🏾

Congratulations to Malakai Sulaiman on signing scholarship terms with Sheffield United ⚔️🔴⚪️

A massive milestone for any young player on the pathway to professional football. Moments like these don’t happen by chance—they’re built on self-belief, relentless work ethic, and a strong support system.

For me personally, this is a real full-circle moment. I first started coaching Malakai when he was an U11 at the very beginning of my coaching career. Reconnecting with him over the last year to support his development through 1-to-1 coaching, analysis, and mentoring has been an absolute privilege.

Seeing him secure this milestone is what it’s all about. A huge step toward the pro game, but the work doesn’t stop here. We’ll be pushing twice as hard to turn the dream into reality.

What a talent! Congratulations to Nyne on his successful trial at Crystal Palace FC! 👏🏽

Already a top player, Nyne came to us last year to work on specific components to take him from a good grassroots player to a Cat 1 Academy footballer. ​We spent the last year "in the lab" focusing on the margins that matter at the Cat 1 level:
​Precision: Refining his ball striking.
​Versatility: Developing his left foot into a weapon.
​IQ: Increasing the speed of his decision-making under pressure.
​Engine: Building the fitness levels required for the academy game.

A big thank you to his family for trusting us with his development. The progress has been immense. We’re proud to be part of your team, Nyne! 🔥

Making the jump from grassroots to a top Cat 1 Academy at U13 is an incredible feat. It’s been an absolute privilege to support Stephen's progression over the last two years. His attitude, application, belief, and pure love for the game have brought him to this moment. 📈
