Failing is part of the journey

There is nothing wrong with “failing” whilst on your journey to creating a healthier, fitter, stronger you

It means you’re trying
It means you’re out of your comfort zone

Yes, it’s annoying when something doesn’t go to plan
But in the grand scheme of things, it isn’t as big an issue as you first think
