My dearest Matilda 🐶 (Tilly)

That was some innings old girl 💔.

You were Grandads pride and joy, The Queen of 25 Pemberton and the sweetest little lady we could have ever asked for.

We did our paper-round together before school, shared countless coffees and blueberry muffins, chased rabbits and shared a mutual love of Verlamium park.

You were a magic moment in time and one we will always remember.

Another absolutely epic weekend away with some amazing people, so much to celebrate and got to enjoy some fresh Irish air 🍀.
Enjoyed the best Guinness in town, ate some amazing food and had the privilege of having the best, most authentic Irish experience watching the at Croke Park, INCREDIBLE day out 🙌🏼🙌🏼. -

Yessssss, what a way to end the week with a 💥💥 , 5am start yesterday, 2 classes taught and an ass kicking by this talented dude on the bike 🚴🏻🔥🔥

I was digging deep before my 3rd and final class ... Until this pretty little 🍀😍 face walked in and surprised me. After teaching her class, the girl came and got stuck in, with some burpees, slam balls and kettlebell swings 🙌🏼🙌🏼, what a machine 🙅⚡️

certainly took her revenge yesterday morning 💪🏻, after Rhian killing it in our morning session with some heavy squats, KB swings and pull ups for breakfast, I was well and truly put through my paces in the 10am ride class 🙃💦 ... Awesome class, thanks Rhian, you're a machine !!! 🙅🙅

My legs are now 😳🔥.....after teaching my class this morning in this Outrageous smoothie bowl 😍 From the , is my best friend right now in helping in that recovery, worth the journey just to face-plant this 😏🙏🏼
