.jodarr 🇪🇸 doesn’t warm up his serve, he warms up his service game 👌🏻 Rather than hitting serves in isolation, he would serve and then play ball 3 and 5 🎾 It seems simple but this can make it feel more “real”, particularly on match day.

Your forehand becomes more predictable if you’re jammed up. When you create space, you can hit with quality into either corner, and it’s harder for your opponent to read. You also have more options, as you can make your body look like you’re hitting one way, but then you can change your wrist position so it goes the other way for disguise.
