Hello all! For anyone is still checking here for updates and has not received my email... I have been talked into one final Bootcamp session in Hyde Park ahead of our move back to the US next week. If you're still up for it, let's plan for one final workout this Wednesday at 9:30a meeting at the Serpentine Bar and Kitchen. This workout will be:

"Fire and Ice"
Therapeutic yoga sequences, with prenatal modifications as needed, combined with high energy cardio drills: a true Feel-Good workout. Please spread the word with fellow Buggy Bootcampers, the more the merrier!

This workout is on me, no slipping cash in my pockets! Instead just continue to help me spread the word about Postparty to all your pregnant and new mama friends!
