What you're watching isn’t just speed — it's science in motion.

📊 What’s Happening Biomechanically:

✅ High ankle stiffness means less energy loss at ground contact
✅ It allows the foot to act like a rigid lever, pushing the ground away efficiently
✅ Helps transfer massive forces up the kinetic chain — from the ankle to the hip
✅ Controlled stiffness improves both speed & injury resistance 🚀

But stiffness alone isn’t enough — it needs to be timed and tuned. Athletes train reactive strength & tendon efficiency to master this balance.
