After much reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to close HulaFit at the end of August.

Between family life, changing priorities and the pressures of running a small business solo, it’s time for a change.

But here’s the beautiful part - this isn’t goodbye! Our amazing instructors will continue teaching their classes independently, and I’ll still be out there running HulaFit classes as a sole trader.💜

Thank you to every single person who picked up a hoop and joined us along the way! I’m so grateful for your support, energy and all the joy. From my amazing Core Crew instructors, who have been the heart of this brand, to everyone who’s hooped, laughed and sweated with HulaFit - this community has meant the world to me!💞

Last chance to grab our incredible HulaFit Fitness hoops - handmade here in the UK - orders close August 22nd, after which the hoops will be discontinued.

Have you always wanted to try a class, but you havent because you’re scared you won’t be any good?​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​It’s so often that we second guess ourselves, and tell ourselves we’re not “ready” or “I can’t do that”.. We’re here to tell you - you CAN do it!👊

Noone just wakes up a professional. Everything takes practise and time to learn and improve and hula hooping is no different. You’ve got to jump in and give that hoop a spin, then keep practising!⭕​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​​With the right size hoop, some top tips on technique and a bit of practise - anyone can Hula Hoop! You’ve got this😉
