I facilitated one of my Mandala Meditation Art Healing workshops after AGES this Saturday just gone, through Havering Changing . There were 20+ people taking part which makes this my biggest group to date!
Although this wasn’t my usual audience, I was pleasantly surprised by how everyone immersed themselves into the process.
The theme was ‘Creating Calm in Busy Times’ and we began by releasing all of the busy-ness of our minds onto paper. This was followed by a simple, relaxing guided meditation which formed the basis for inspiration for the mandalas.
I then taught everyone about paint cones, shared my own journey and we then had some time to practice with the cones and find our flow.
The last hour was spent with everyone painting their individual mandalas and as always, I was so blown away by everyone’s creations! There is a mandala artist inside everyone, it just takes a bit of prodding and pruning to bring it out 😂
Thank you to everyone who came along and took part. It is an honour and a joy to share the art form that continually heals me, with the world! I am so, so amazed by what you all created. Such beautiful, powerful, healing work!✨
I feel it’s time to get back to hosting my public workshops again. Watch this space! 👀
