Very excited to announce British Rowing has opened applications looking for Support Coaches for the Women's Development Programme.

No rowing experience required just a desire to develop yourself whilst helping others to thrive!

Applications are welcomed and encouraged from anyone from any background who wants to learn about coaching, challenge concepts and bring new ideas to the sport.

The role is looking for good communicators with an ability to inspire and enable those around them to be the best they can be!

The positions will be working alongside our Lead Coaches for the Women's' Development Programme. They will mentor the support coach and guide them through the sport helping them into a club setting if appropriate.

Please share this post with any individual or organisation you think would be interested in taking up something new!

East Midlands (Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Lincoln and Boston) East Midlands Rowing
Hants & Dorset (Poole/Bournemouth along to Portsmouth) Hants and Dorset Amateur Rowing Association.
Lower Thames/Tideway (Heathrow to central London)
North East (Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Durham and Teesside) Northern Rowing
North West (Lancaster down to Stoke on Trent) North West Rowing
South East (East of the M25 down to Dover and along the coast) Wessex & South East Coast Rowing Region
