Then this could be the class for you!!

Fit2Fite is a martial arts based class that is suitable for EVERY fitness level!

No martial arts experienced is required... you might even learn a few new skills!

Come along and burn an average of 750 calories and have a whole load of fun in the process!

Class is taken by Sara Hawkins, Qualified Personal Trainer, 1st Dan Ishinryu Karate, Silver Level Fit2Fite Instructor

Class is every SATURDAY MORNING at CRANHAM COMMUNITY CENTRE, 115a MARLBOROUGH GARDENS, UPMINSTER, ESSEX, RM14 1SR

First class is FREE! (£6 per class thereafter)
