SOOO excited that I can finally talk about this! is launching their pop up store this week on Regent Street - it will be the home of all things women’s sport this summer supporting the growing fandom and small businesses championing women and sport.

Absolutely delighted to announce that I will be their in store Pre and Postnatal trainer between now and October bringing a series of classes, workshops, meet ups and talks for Mums to be and new / current mums.

Working alongside incredible female owned brands including .co.uk & to name but a few… *squeals*

This Saturday I am teaching the first postnatal session as part of the launch weekend and tickets are NOW LIVE … the first 10 sign ups will also get a free coffee, which, let’s be honest is the perfect way to start a Saturday!

Fit Kit is being supplied by the fab and so get ready for some seriously colourful weights 🩷

I know this is short notice but let’s see what we can do - can we fill the space with incredible Mummas to kick off the summer of sport?

I bloody love what I do - even with all the ups and downs of self employed life! Over the last few years in the madness of lockdown, I questioned many a time whether a ‘job job’ would be a better route for me… but then ultimately the universe shows up in the form of a message (like the first note which was given to me at a particularly wobbly time) or maybe a light bulb moment during coaching that reminds me why I started doing what I’m doing…

It’s been a heck of a journey so far… now, onwards with even more purpose and let’s see what the next chapter holds

Really excited to be the new Head of Mums and Babies and all things pre and post natal at in Herne Hill - they are opening Studio 2 movement space right next door on January 23rd and it’s looking beautiful. Check out the new schedule for more classes and there will be exciting things to come from my department this year…

I am also delighted to be returning to .london in Streatham Hill to coach Parent and Baby class ‘Gaia’- Streatham Mummas come and find me!

FISON FITNESS- Herne Hill - Parent & Baby - Thursday 10am
This class is suitable for Mummas who are ready to return to more impact training safely and is also open to partners who may be on shared parental or paternity leave - bring your little one along for a workout!

ELEMENT FITNESS - Streatham Hill - Parent & Baby - Tuesday 2pm
These parent and baby classes are designed for new parents to train safely in a supportive group setting. I will guide you through weekly workouts covering core and pelvic floor rehab and functional strength & conditioning to suit individual requirements
