Dear Members,

We would like to make you aware that on Bank Holiday Monday 31st August the club’s weekend opening hours will apply.

Please note that any paid classes will be cancelled, however all LA fitness classes scheduled during the opening hours will run as normal.

Dear Members,

Please be aware that due to some scheduled repair works, our hot water will be switched off at 9pm tonight but will be working as normal tomorrow morning.

Please note the sauna and steam room are unaffected during this time but there will be no hot water facilities in the shower area.

Please note that while the pool is still open during this time, the temperature might be lower than normal.

We ask that you please bear with us and we thank you for your patience.

Dear Members,

We’re excited to reveal that we’ll be installing a brand new functional training area within the club.

Phase 1

Between Monday 3rd- Friday 7th November a new functional flooring will be laid and some redecoration works undertaken.

The majority of the club’s facilities will remain unaffected, but please be aware certain areas of the club will be temporarily out of use whilst the works are taking place.

During this time members are welcome to use all facilities at other LA fitness clubs.

Phase 2

We’ll be installing some brand new functional training kit into the club and introducing some brand new innovative training programmes; we will ensure that we will keep members updated.
