Growth is essential, if you’re not growing you’re not evolving or embracing the meaning of your life.

We’re deigned to have purpose and evolve into that, fulfilling our responsibilities & Make better choices each year of life.

What comes with growth is more integrity within ourselves and with others.

Becoming more aware of ourselves and others behaviours and needs, and what our responses are.

This gives us the chance to live our purpose with integrity whilst looking after ourselves for us to be the best version of us for others!

So when life throws us challenges, it’s FOR YOU to grow and learn something that will usually have a profound impact on your life later. And a chance to see you can rise out of anything.

Empowering us to step up in life, re-prioritise stuff and make subtle shifts, refining the person we are, our identity and what’s important, freeing ourselves of victim mentality.

I’ve been blessed to have been able to support my husband get through illness, injury after injury to do Berlin marathon.

And support our daughter complete her A levels and go to her university of choice! Supporting her mental health and helping her in whatever capacity I could, so she can continue to be the ray of sunshine to all those she meets!

New beginnings, new habits, new thinking, and new perspectives. These are all the things we often want to start the new year with.

Pick something small and roll with it and then stack that with another small change.

Small steps lead to huge transformations over time.
This is how I’ve made the mindset shifts over the last decade. One thought at a time, one habit at a time.

This year my intentions are to enjoy every moment with people that matter, friends, family and clients💕
And serving others, where ever I can to make a positive difference to the world we live in.🫶🏽❤️
Giving with all my heart 💓

This for me is how I’ve sustainable made health and lifestyle hacks that when I don’t feel like doing them, I just do them, as they’ve become part of me and what I do.

This last week I’ve been off track with regular exercise and vegetable intake and how I feel today is a reminder of why I need to keep living my routine!

In summary, small steps make big changes
Then this new way of living becomes your normal
And you can’t wait to get back to living your new way when you don’t live like that for a week or so!

UNSTOPPABLE Women!
My annual seasonal social last night!! 🎊

Celebrating every single WOMAN round this table 🎉and every WOMAN ❤️ I!’ve had the honour of helping this year, through my business, charity event & service to others here and abroad.

These women inspire me everyday to be the best 🥰version of myself self, keep pushing myself so I can keep driving their motivation to become their best stronger💪🏾 versions of themselves.

There are so many client achievements to celebrate, not just body related, but how much more confident, resilient and bad ass they’ve become!

I am grateful I get to do this work, coaching transformation inside and out, with love and care to push each person to do more when they think can’t 🫶🏽😜 until they can!! 👏🏽

What is strength training, there is a lot of talk about this for women generally and particularly of benefit to women 40+ in their perimenopause, menopause and post menopause.
Here I explain what the difference is between strength training and building muscle is in terms of reps and it is beneficial to do a bit of both.

Mother India you taught me so much ..
A spiritual journey of letting go
Accepting and surrendering
Growing and being at peace even in the midst of chaos and crowds.
Soundtracked by the sweet melody of chanting everywhere brings your mind back to your greater power, (RadhaKrishna for me).

I am still processing all the wonderful blessings we took in the beautiful dhams (holy places) we visited. And we received many!!!

And I am eternally grateful to have experienced all of this with my mum, aunt, husband .entrepreneur our son and father in law!! Along with an amazing group of people who become our family, in looking after one another and each others children!
A special spiritual connection created
And reaffirmed the importance of integrity, purpose, love and giving without any expectation of reciprocation x❤️
