I love my job and spending time with my patients and working on their bodies.
Time and time again patients will come and apologies for their bodies, this is always my female clients, please stop apologising for your body, we all have one. You dont need to apologies for taking up space. Be proud of your body.
The only thing your need to apologise for is being late.

1. Body hair - we all have hair, I don’t care if you’ve shaved your legs or not, do it for you not for me
2. Mismatch underwear - dont get me wrong I love a good matching underwear set but wear what you feel comfortable in.
3. Stomach rumbling - I love hearing this as it means your body is in rest and digest and you are at ease on my couch. It also might be lunchtime
4. Your body - own your body, be proud of your body. You dont need to apologise for your body
5. Pain levels - Im always looking out for feedback in my touch, please don’t be afraid to tell me if its to much.

Please just show up on time in suitable clothing for treatment so that I can asses you and treat you accordingly.

A day of deep rest and connection to yourself 

Sunday 4th October 
10am to 4pm Yoga at the Space 
5pm Studland Sauna
Lunch and snack will be provided by Love Cake 

Join me at Yoga at the Space in Studland for a full day of breath work and movement practices to help you unwind relax and connect with yourself.

I will bringing together principles from oxygen advantage, movement and self massage using massage balls to help free fascia and help the body to be able to breath deeper.

We breath 20000 times a day and it is something that we do automatically but something that we all need to work on. Modern life as impacted how we breathe. Working on your breath throughout the day helps us improve how we breathe and our breathing efficiency,
The more efficient we breathe the more resilient we are. We sleep better recover better and have better HRV.

COST:
Early Bird £130 to be booked by 30th July £10 extra for Sauna

After 31st July
£145 plus £10 for sauna 

Opotion to pay £50 deposit and  pay the remainder of the balance by 1st September

Most of us are over-breathing… and we don’t even realise it.
Breathing more doesn’t mean getting more oxygen.
In fact, when we slow our breathing down, the body becomes more efficient with CO₂ — and that’s what helps oxygen reach our tissues.
When you breathe light and slow, you naturally start using your diaphragm.

This is where breathing becomes powerful.
You become more efficient.
You train harder.
You recover better.
You sleep deeper.
You handle stress with more resilience.

Most people don’t realise this… but your tongue posture matters 👀

For optimal breathing, your tongue should rest on the roof of your mouth. This creates space, supports your airway, and encourages proper nasal breathing.

When the tongue sits low in the mouth, it can lead to mouth breathing — something we want to avoid where possible. Over time, poor tongue posture can even impact your posture and facial structure.

Good tongue positioning also supports a healthy temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and helps keep your facial muscles balanced.

Give it a try with these simple tongue exercises and notice the difference ✨

Suction Tongue to the roof of the mouth for 20s whilst relaxing jaw and muscles around the jaw

Back for our second instalment of our one day Immersion.
Join us for a full day exploring the importance of how we breathe — and how our breath can become a vital key in supporting our health and overall wellbeing.

Drawing on years of practice and experience, this day brings together an exploration of the bio-mechanics and bio-chemistry of breathing, alongside pranayama and somatics and other breath awareness practices.

Together, we will explore:

how and why we breathe in the way that we do.
how simple, effective practices can support the nervous system

the relationship between breath, movement and awareness.

This is a practical, experiential day — an opportunity to slow down, deepen your understanding, and develop tools to support how you breathe, move and live.
Open to all levels of experience.
