Are you an experienced swimming teacher ready to take the next step?

We’re looking for a Lead Swimming Teacher to join our team across Croydon’s swimming pools and leisure facilities, with the role listed for South Norwood. This is a permanent part-time position.

In this role, you’ll help deliver safe, consistent and high-quality swimming lessons, while supporting, mentoring and motivating a team of swimming teachers. You’ll play an important part in helping customers build confidence in the water and develop an essential life skill.

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, patient and positive, with STA Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 qualification. NRASTC is desirable, along with strong knowledge of health, safety, safeguarding and child protection procedures.
