Eating the right things at the right times doesn't have to be complicated.
We love to use a system that doesn't involve counting calories or macronutrients or weighing and measuring your food. Because who wants to do that for the rest of their life?

Why do we test regularly?

Yes, it's true...most people don't like to be tested (it brings back traumatic memories of school...scary really...but I digress).

At Fit to Last we test strength and cardio fitness on a regular basis. We do this for 2 reasons:

1. To define your current level of strength and cardio health.
2. So you know how your training, nutrition and recovery regime is helping you progress in terms of strength, fitness and overall wellbeing.

Please note these tests can be adapted if you have injuries or other limitations. The tests are customised for you personally.

By testing on a regular basis (every 4-6 weeks), in combination with our 3D Body Analysis and Health Review, you'll always know you're on track towards achieving your goals.

As the saying goes, if you're not assessing, you're guessing.

Ever wondered what the difference is between Nutrition Coaching and Nutrition Guidance🤷‍♀️
Nutrition Guidance = receiving instructions on what and when to eat.
Nutrition Coaching = building habits of better choices on what and when to eat alongside an expert coach.
Many of us have a good idea of which foods and drinks will support us in achieving our fitness goals. And which ones, if consumed too often, will thwart our progress.
The biggest problem some of us face is actually complying with the eating habits we'd like to adopt.
Receiving instructions from the best nutritionist in the world isn't always the most helpful way.
This is because following instructions on what to eat and when requires a whole skillset.
Many of our members come to us having "failed various diets". They say they do well at first and then they "fall off the band wagon". If this is you, you're certainly not alone.
