Ever wondered what the difference is between Nutrition Coaching and Nutrition Guidance🤷♀️
Nutrition Guidance = receiving instructions on what and when to eat.
Nutrition Coaching = building habits of better choices on what and when to eat alongside an expert coach.
Many of us have a good idea of which foods and drinks will support us in achieving our fitness goals. And which ones, if consumed too often, will thwart our progress.
The biggest problem some of us face is actually complying with the eating habits we'd like to adopt.
Receiving instructions from the best nutritionist in the world isn't always the most helpful way.
This is because following instructions on what to eat and when requires a whole skillset.
Many of our members come to us having "failed various diets". They say they do well at first and then they "fall off the band wagon". If this is you, you're certainly not alone.
The problem with diets or following nutrition guidance is that unless you develop habits to sustain the eating patterns for the long term, it's likely you'll revert back to eating habits you held previously.
