Championship is back and tomorrow our juniors head to Cayton Road to take on in the London Ladies LGFA Reserves Championship Semi Final!

Everyone at Holloway Gaels is deeply saddened by the passing of past player Sheenagh McCullagh.

Joining the club in its infancy, Sheenagh was a driving force on and off the pitch. Along with her sister Una, she was a member of our historic 1998 first-ever championship-winning team.

She also served with great dedication as club secretary in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Sheenagh was a wonderful character who embodied the true spirit of our club. She had drive, determination and was so much fun to be around. She was a real force of nature.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Una, her family, and her wide circle of friends at this difficult time.

If you are living or moving to London and looking to join a ladies football team, then look no further!

Not only are we London’s most centrally located club, we also have both Intermediate and Junior level teams. Our Inters are back to back London County Champions and All Britain Champions 2025 and our Juniors are London County League Champions 2026!

We’re training throughout August and the season picks back up with more fixtures from September so plenty more football to be played this year!
