Telegraph Hill Yoga Iyengar Yoga Classes in SE14. Tuesdays at Telegraph Hill Centre. Thursdays at &Osteo. Private Studio Classes & 1:1 Classes also available. (Kitto Rd stop).

Small, mixed ability classes run by Certified & Insured Iyengar Yoga Teacher (25 years teaching). Some Equipment is provided but due to Covid rules you now need to bring your own mat. Centre classes are held in a room with natural ventilation and lighting. There is adjustable heating & blinds and a drinking water tap. Places are limited to maintain social distancing. Tuesday Morning: £15.00 10.30

a.m. - 12noon (pay by term). Tuesday Evening: £11.00 ( pay by the term). 7 - 8pm
Saturday Mornings on Zoom £10.00 - £12.00 10.30 - 11.50 a.m. Studio Classes Wednesday Evening £15.00
1:1 lessons available. Buses: 343 and 484 stop outside the centre.

For anyone who wants an Iyengar class before the new term starts at the Telegraph Hill Centre there's Thursday afternoon 1.30 - 2.30 pm at &Osteo on Brockley Road (opposite the station). Book in the day before on 0208 176 8997 for Thursday 9th April, 16th etc

Tuesday 24th March last Iyengar Yoga classes of term at the Telegraph Hill Centre before we break for the Easter hols. Summer Term starts on Tuesday 14th April for the Morning class and the Evening class resumes the following week on the 21st April. 🏵️

Hi all, just to let you know the ground floor central is heating is not working at the Telegraph Hill Centre. They will be providing heaters for our classes tomorrow but you may want to layer up. See you tomorrow at 10.30 a.m. and 7 p.m. 🙏
