This week while teaching, I noticed one student appeared to have circulation challenges in her hands, which inspired me to create this little series: Desk Yoga for Hands 🙌
It only takes 5 minutes and is brilliant for boosting circulation, relieving stiffness, and resetting one of our greatest assets, our hands, which we so often neglect in everyday life.
Perfect for desk workers, drivers, phone users, artists, gardeners, sailors, writers…really anyone who uses their hands all day, which I feel applies to all of us!
