Half term fun and refresh. Istanbul, what a treat to revisit you, 35 years between trips. Some things just as I remember and some changes beyond recognition. It’s an amazing city. Thanks ❤️. Term resumes tomorrow, can’t wait to see you all on the mat. 😘

Feet 🦶 we really rely on them to keep us upright and moving, but we rarely consider them.

They seem to do what we need them to… until they don’t!
BUT did you know that micro mal-alignments in your feet and ankles have an impact all the way through the kinetic chain. It may well be your feet that are causing your knee, hip or back pain.
The good news is you can do something about that. It’s is often the result of habitual muscular movement and you can impact that.
It is never too late, and I promise you if you put the work into your feet you will see and feel the change.

I am so proud of my dear friend and client for being nominated for best actress Olivier Award. Indy is always brilliant, always authentic and always so present in every single role she takes on, it is about time she was nominated and recognised for her huge and impressive body of work. She’s also pretty amazing at Pilates and a joy to have in the studio. I’m lucky to teach her and call her my friend 🥰
