What a journey this was. And the key? Sustainability đ
Riad is one of my closest friends, he reached out asking if I could help him get back on track with his training. Heâd been out of the game for a while and felt stuck in a rut.
The key focus? Sustainability. Riad had been in great shape before, but his approach was often too aggressiveâsomething we both knew needed to change.
Like many people, heâd achieve incredible results but quickly bounce back once the intense dieting or training stopped. Think massive calorie deficits, extreme fasting windows, and fad diets. Sound familiar?
We shifted the focus to form over weight and quality over quantityâbuilding strength and control, not just lifting heavier.
On top of that, we set him up with a sustainable diet built around foods he already loved and enjoyed. It wasnât about restricting or cutting things out, but teaching him how to structure his meals and control his calories in a way that worked for his lifestyle.
