About yesterday - thanks East Finchley Festival for putting on a great festival and thank you for letting me arrange the ‘Wellbeing Area’ - it was so lovely to meet some beautiful students and practice with them in the great outdoors - and even manage to find some inner peace within the hustle and bustle

So excited to be joining this year in their WELLBEING AREA 🧘 - come join me at 2pm for a totally FREE yoga session.

My classes are a combination of flowy, a little bit of a challenge peppered here and there (you won’t even realise how you got there 😂)but totally accessible and inclusive for all and will leave feeling super relaxed - bring yourself, your loved ones, young, old, teens - all are welcome ♥️♥️♥️
and /or join any of the other beautiful people sharing their offerings which include kids yoga, mindfulness, belly dancing, super power breathing.

Squashing the assumption that I must be doing a lot of yoga all day because I teach a lot - my practice doesn’t happen at the front of a class (it happens in my own time)

When I teach my students have my attention 🙏 that’s not to say I don’t demonstrate because that’s one of my teaching skills but if you know anything about yoga …..you know it’s not about the pose it’s your attention when there, your breath, the journey it takes you and your body on …. and how can you can you be present within when you are responsible for guiding all those in the room with you.
