Here’s how to take plates off the sled the easy way 💪

Step 1️⃣ Place the arms into the two side holes
Step 2️⃣ Put your foot on the side ledge and gently tilt the sled sideways
Step 3️⃣ Remove the plates one by one and return them to the storage area

Level up your cardio game 🏃‍♂️🔥

Our treadmills now come with screen mirroring—so you can stream your favorite shows, follow workouts, or play your go-to playlists while you run. Less staring at the clock, more staying in the zone.
Cardio just got a whole lot easier (and way more fun) 🎧📱

How to screen mirror on our new recumbent bikes
1. Select the mirroring option on the bike
2. Connect your wifi to the Drax ID code in bottom right hand corner
3. Go to your control centre on your device and select screen mirroring
Your phone should now be connected to the bike and you can enjoy watching videos whilst you get fit 🚴‍♂️
