Due to popular demand, we’ve added more SWIMBiES parent and baby swimming sessions across Waltham Forest, giving even more families the chance to enjoy the water together! 💙

Did you know your little one can start swimming lessons from just 3 months old?

Our SWIMBiES lessons offer a fun and gentle introduction to the water, helping your baby build confidence while enjoying special time together.

Parents, grandparents and guardians join their little ones in the pool, with our qualified swimming teachers guiding you both through fun activities, games and songs.

As well as building water confidence, SWIMBiES can help support your little one’s coordination, strength and motor skills, while introducing important water safety skills from an early age.

Most importantly, it’s about having fun, bonding and enjoying those first splashes together!

On the track at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre we deliver a free Couch to 5K programme in partnership with London Borough of Waltham Forest.

The sessions which take place on Saturday mornings involve walking, a variety of different pace jogging and lots of stretching.

Get fit, lose weight and feel good with our improved Weight Loss with Better programme.

Our weight loss plan combines weight management workshops, nutritional advice and physical activity alongside behaviour change techniques taught by our dedicated team of Health coaches.

The 12-week weight loss programme can be accessed via our self-referral portal, or via referral from your GP.
