Yesterday was one of the days that we live for at Otolo 🤸

Confidence Workshops are one of the one-day workshops that we offer at Otolo to support the hospitality industry. One of our attendees yesterday said "It was really eye-opening and absolutely brilliant. Not to sound over the top but I felt like a lightbulb went off in the workshop 💡"

10 inspiring hospitality professionals from Wales, Somerset, Leicester and London came along and brought such fantastic energy to the room. It's such a privilege to be able to hear the stories and challenges of each person who attends our workshops and work with them to identify ways in which they can achieve their goals around confidence both personally and professionally.

Thank you to everyone who attended! We have three more upcoming workshops over the next few months in Central London and we'd love to welcome some new faces!

We started the week in the best way possible on Monday as we launched our mentoring programme with the fantastic group of hospitality masters students at Missenden Abbey Hospitality School. 🎓 All of the students arrived in the UK last week and are studying for their master's over the next 12 months. It was genuinely the most inspiring day to understand the goals of each of the students and how our mentors can best support them on their journey to a career in hospitality.

A huge thanks to Lisa Wyld and Alexandra Constantinescu for welcoming us into your training and investing in promising students who want to join the world of hospitality. Your passion for learning, developing and supporting individuals is incredible and it is a real privilege to work with you ♥️

Thank you to the students for bringing such an amazing level of enthusiasm and commitment to the mentoring programme.
All of our students will be attending our event Service on February 7th at Brewdog Waterloo and we can't to welcome them all in to our hospitality community.
