🌿 What a way to spend the Bank Holiday 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Serpie August Trail Adventure! From rolling chalk downs and grassy trails to ancient woodland, it was brilliant to get out of London, explore somewhere new and share a few miles together. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Thanks to everyone who came along and helped make it such a great day — we hope you enjoyed the trails as much as we did! 💚

🌳 Serpie August Trail Adventure: Sign-up open!
⏰ Bank Holiday Monday 31st August
🌿 Join us for a social trail run from Tring, taking in rolling chalk downs, grassy trails, ancient woodland and some of the best views across the northern Chilterns.
✨You need to be a Serpie member to take part. For further details and to sign up by 8pm on Saturday 29 August.

⏰Time: Doors open at 18:30pm
📍Venue: St Mary’s Bryanston Square Primary School, London W1H 1DL
⚡Entry fee: Free – this is a free event for all Serpies and guests.
Feel free to invite a friend or family member who is not a Serpentine member.

🔥 Are you interested in joining dedicated Serpie only Hyrox Sessions, starting in September?
📍EVOLUTION TRAINING SPACE - A 5 min walk from Holloway Road Tube and a 12 min walk from Highbury and Islington Tube.
💪Sessions will take place weekly on TUESDAY evenings from 6.30pm -7.30pm.
The proposed start date is Tuesday 8th SEPTEMBER. Sessions will be run by experienced trainer Jake Casey.
🏃‍♂️The cost will be £20 per session with a discount for block booking.
