Dynamic Sports Academy DSA is a Strength and Conditioning Centre for any person looking to improve their Physical Fitness a Clients range from 11 year olds to professional athletes.

Dynamic Sports Academy (DSA) is a performance training organisation that specialises in training athletes in every sport, at all ages and skill levels, and providing the opportunity to improve their strength, speed, agility, eye vision and energy systems whilst reducing the risk of sports related injuries. DSA takes a holistic approach that focuses on the mental and physical requirements to succeed in professional sports, both on and off the field. We have previously worked with the NFL, Rugby Football League, & IMG Academies. Current State of Play

There is a growing movement in the UK to professionalise grass roots sport and DSA is at the forefront with a mission to bring world class athlete development to a mass audience. Improved Performance

The 17-19 year olds who have trained under our programme for two years have similar performance measurable in speed, power and agility as the South African World Championship Rugby Team. We have successfully placed members on athletic scholarships to study at US universities and several of our members have gone on to professional sporting careers in football, basketball and American football with some representing their country at international level. Most importantly, over 90% have gone on to attend university.

DSA has been running for 17 years as a not for profit, helping athletes achieve their best. We rely on volunteer coaches to help make a difference. Our hours of operation are M/W/F 6-7.30PM. No experience is required. Our coaches with a combined 30+ years will train you up if necessary. We also fund and pay for all our coaches' qualifications so it won't cost you anything. So if you're an experienced coach wanting to give back, or trying to get into coaching, or anything in between, send us a DM or email [email protected] NOW!
