A post about a sadly common condition that many women suffer from.

As someone who was diagnosed with PCOS myself, it’s a condition that I feel can be very unsupported, treatment limited and can be attached with stigmas and discrimination.

My clients story is very common, and some home treatment and management has helped. However more research is needed and more information needs to be produced to help women manage the condition.
