Join us at 6:00pm for Stretch ‘n’ D-Stress to release tight muscles, calm your mind, and restore your energy after a busy day. Then stay for 7:00pm Pilates to strengthen your core, improve posture, and leave feeling stronger, longer, and more balanced. Drop-in for only £10 per session!

So pleased to announce our partnership with MTVH to deliver community classes moorlands for local residence and also extend the invite to accommodate others who might want to join us. This week, sessions will be Chair based Pilates and accommodate all abilities. Join us this Wednesday at 2 pm followed by a social at 3 pm. 😎🥳
