Hi Guys!! So through flu and Christmas parties we all return!! - TONIGHT!! 7PM at the running school Battersea!! They are very excited about seeing us all again! I have to fess up that I will not be there as it is my work Christmas do - but I rescheduled it to this date so that Laura and Claudia did not miss two sessions - SO, I need someone to take notes for me and teach me what I missed on our first session back in the NY!!! LOVE you all!!!

Okay. I am testing something. Basically the 'PAGE' option on facebook means that anyone join and see what we write on the page - I do not have control over who is joining or not - although I can remove people from the page. So, I have just removed all non-us people from the page. Not that I think it is that much of a worry, but I just think we are posting on quite a public platform and we are not after mass publicity, or in need of others to join, we are kind of 'invitation only' i.e. friends and friends of friends!! BUT, I am not sure how the 'GROUPS' work on fb, so I thought we should try out this and see how it goes!!.... I will post this on the 'PAGE' also!!.... please post on here so I can see what the notification etc is like!.... If I have not added you to the group please shout at me!!....

Good morning Bath Half Beauties (that is we will be calling ourselves now.) Running School is confirmed!- Assessment this Sat at 1.30... Laura/Claudia- sorry, the trainer was trying to shuffle things around to accommodate us in the morning but just could not fit it in... I would not worry, I am sure once we have wooed them with our wonderful personalities they will give you both a quick sess of your own!!! BOOM!! See you Sat!!! ###
