It is dubbed by the fitness industry as the ultimate fun boxing fitness experience and it's back for its ninth instalment at Beyond Limits Coach on 11th December - HIITBOX is coming! WHO IS IN???!!! 👊👊👊👊

The workout is for all abilities and is rounds of boxing pads interspersed with cool exercise drills with a lot of raving a long the way! Taught by real life HIITBOX Ninjas!

Whatever day and time it is especially if you are overwhelmed at the moment it's perfect time to master the art of meditation. Take a few minutes out just to breathe, center yourself and give gratitude for all that you have. It's the things that we take for granted that actually matter the most ❤️
