Well…. That was a special one! 🫶 Our second Ibiza retreat of the year and to me it encapsulated everything that is the true essence of Ibiza… 🏝️

Wellness, yoga and bohemian island vibes… mixed with a little bit of party and mischief… 💃💃

Throw in some epic sunsets, a dreamy boat day and a secret beach hike…. now that’s IBIZA in all her glory. ✨

And what a gorgeous crew - the biggest thank you to all our fabulous Dreamy guests! 🥰

And huge thank you to the wonderful Zuzanna | Retreat Chef & Health Coach and Babs for nourishing us with delicious, high vibrational plant-based food. 🙏 (That cancels out the tequila… right?! 😅)

A taxi driver from the airport in Sicily told me that, on this island, the people live under Mount Etna’s rule🌋 - knowing that on any day she could decide to erupt and kill them all. 😅

He said that because of this philosophy, they live every day to the full… knowing that tomorrow is never guaranteed. 🙏

So… they eat well, have long lunches, drink w**e and enjoy each other’s company every single day. 🙌

I think it’s safe to say that we fully embodied this Sicilian ethos during our retreat last week! 😄

La Dolce Vita Retreat was its name, and “the sweet life” was definitely its nature. 🌿

Our lovely guest Sharon Woolf coined the term “from vinyasa to vineyards” which I think sums it up perfectly. 🤣

Huge thank you to Danena Sicily 🍋 for hosting us in an absolutely stunning venue - a restored Sicilian farmhouse surrounded by olive groves, with the most incredible food (and the cutest cats you could ever meet). 🥰

From the random rave in a vineyard, to beach trips, exploring caves, dancing on a boat, pizza under the stars, nightly rituals, moonlit swimming and possibly too much Aperol… and I think we did a bit of yoga in there too. 🤪

The biggest thank you to these fabulous ladies who brought the best vibes. 🥹

Loved teaching in this beautiful tent Wellness in the Wild Festival in the Suffolk countryside over the weekend - thank you so much to the lovely team there for inviting me. 🙏

A beautiful few days in nature full of yoga, sound baths, meditation and grounding. 🍃

And a couple of tequilas. 🤪

Thank you also to David who gave me a wonderful sound experience where I stood in a giant singing bowl ✨ (apologies for my RBF in the video, can’t help it 🙈 promise I loved it! 🤣) - definitely going to try this again.

Feeling sad that festival season is almost over! 🥲

It sounds dramatic to call a retreat “life-changing” but honestly this has regularly been the feedback I’ve received from our guests. 🙏

Sometimes all it takes is stepping outside your normal environment for a little while, leaving your routine behind and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that you’ve forgotten.

We give you the space to remember who you were before life became so busy. ✨

And even just travelling to a new place can entirely shift your perspective… especially if you do it solo.
