Fantastic day working for Boondock Events, leading a corporate group along the coastal path from Seaford to Eastbourne.

22km of spectacular scenery over the Seven Sisters and Beachy Head, with the sea on our right for most of the way.

Finished with a well earned drink and dinner at the pub at the end of Eastbourne Pier!

It’s always a fun day when I’m working with , Marcela Moravkova, John Bradshaw and Ian (are you on here Ian?!), and of course Fred from Boondock Events

About last weekend…what a weekend!!

Fun, laughter, relaxation, plenty of thought provoking conversations, and lots of lovely memories made.

I had such a brilliant time with the Love Her Wild Women's Adventure Community community, all brought together and organised by the incredibly hardworking Elspeth Fimpel | Wellbeing through nature connection & laughter.

Saturday was particularly busy for me, as I was running 3 workshops:

🏕️ Tarpology
🥾 Getting Fit for Adventure

A bit of learning, a bit of getting stuck in, lots of laughs. They all seemed to go down pretty well 😊

Already looking back on it with a big smile!

City girl for the day!

Loved being one of the Challenge Central: Challenges walk leaders for Lloyds Banking Group City Lloyds Banking Groupe amount of money for Crisis.

From the toweringCrisise blocks of the city to Regent’s Canal, Victoria Park and the Docks, and back along the Thames, it was a brilliant 12 miles of walking, chatting, laughing and taking in some gorgeous views.

Proud to have been part of such a great day for such an important cause.

A small selection of photos from our family holiday in the Lake District!

Such a beautiful place, and one that’s been part of so many chapters of my life. I holidayed here as a child, came back as an adult before having kids, then with little ones, and now we’re enjoying it with teenagers (and the dog)!

If you’ve been to the Lake District, I’d love to know your favourite spot, I’m looking for ideas for our next visit!

Fit In The Park is a friendly, inclusive outdoor fitness class in Wimbledon, with all levels and abilities welcome.

Our class times:

• Saturday: 7.45–8.30am
• Saturday: 9.00–10.00am
• Thursday: 6.15–7.00am

My daughter and I are both really chuffed to have passed our NCFE Level 2 in Bushcraft, Survival and Wilderness Living Skills with Survival School 😊

It was a brilliant course, and we’ll definitely be back for more!
