Have you tried our STRONG class yet at W10? We appreciate sometimes gyms can look super intimidating, including this large tyre, so we promise that you will feel safe, challenged and ready for World's Strongest Man or Woman after 50 mins with us (or maybe just a little bit stronger and fitter having had alot of fun away from the day job!)
