Trabzonspor could still make another formal approach on Richarlison before the Turkish deadline on Friday.

Honestly, if they come with a serious offer this time, I think Spurs should let him leave. There’s no point keeping a player who doesn’t see his future at the club. Let him go somewhere he actually wants to play and rebuild from there.

But one important thing is that, Tottenham must get a fair price. We shouldn’t just give him away. The price the Club will place on him should be his worth. I'd rather the club sell Richarlison now than keep him until January.

Spurs knew about Mateus Fernandes long before his price tag exploded. Spurs was already eyeing Fernandes since he scored against us while playing for Sporting CP in the UEFA Youth League back in 2022.

He impressed Spurs again during his time at Southampton, yet we waited until his value reached £85m before making the move.

Good scouting is great, but identifying a player early only matters if you actually make the move. The talent was clearly there. So why didn’t Tottenham act earlier?

Reports from suggest the Tottenham board were not fully sold on the decisions to spend around £100M on Sandro Tonali and £52M on Jean-Paul Van Hecke.

And honestly, I can understand the concern. Tonali looks seriously overpriced, while Van Hecke feels like a much safer signing despite the huge fee. He has quality and could prove to be a very good addition.

But they will need to justify those price tags on the pitch. Savinho and Marmoush may excite some fans more, but this season will tell us everything.

Tottenham have backed Roberto De Zerbi in a big way this summer. The club has spent an unbelievable amount of money rebuilding the squad, bringing in players across different positions and giving the manager the tools he asked for.

But spending £394m doesn’t automatically make you a better team. We’ve seen clubs spend huge money before and still struggle because the pieces simply don’t fit.

For Tottenham, there can be no more hiding behind excuses about an inadequate squad. The recruitment team has done its job. The money has been spent. The players are here.

But can De zerbi turn this expensive collection of talent into a Tottenham team that actually scares the Premier League again? That's what we should look out for now fans.

Because if Spurs fail now, the questions won’t be about money anymore. Hopefully we get a positive result on Saturday against Nottingham Forest.

Let’s be honest, not everyone was happy when Tottenham brought Mykhailo Mudryk through the door.

His time at Chelsea didn't go according to plan, and many supporters have already written him off. But De Zerbi clearly sees something different.

The two already know each other from their time at Shakhtar Donetsk, and that relationship could be extremely important.

Gabby Agbonlahor has absolutely ripped into Richarlison amid reports that the Brazilian could be on his way out of Tottenham.

Speaking on talkSPORT he said:
"There's words that I can't use to describe him on air, but I'll try to use the words you can say. He's a prat. An absolute idiot, let's be honest.

When everyone watches him, he's not quick in behind, he can't hold the ball up. Can he score the odd goal? Yes he can, but his theatrics, his attitude stinks and his arrogance as well.

For someone who's scored 75 Premier League goals in 276 appearances, he acts like he's that main guy. There's a reason why Carlo Ancelotti didn't pick him for the World Cup. He isn't a good striker. I just don't see it."

And honestly, some Spurs fans may agree with parts of this. Richarlison has had some good moments, but his time at Tottenham has never really reached the level expected of him.

With the transfer window finally closed, and now there are no more excuses. With Spurs back in action on Saturday, all eyes will be on the new signings — especially Tosin Adarabioyo and Mykhailo Mudryk.

Let’s be honest, their arrivals didn’t exactly sit well with everyone. There have already been plenty of questions and complaints from the fans.

Tosin Adarabioyo has revealed that Dominic Solanke played a key role in convincing him to join Tottenham.

The pair had several conversations about the club, and Solanke made it clear that Spurs was the place to be.

Adarabioyo: “We had a lot of conversations and we spoke about the club, just excited to link up.

He said this is the place to be, so once he said that I knew, along with the conversation I had with the gaffer, I knew it was an amazing club to be at”
