We are fortunate to have Edgar Stringer and Lydia Holmes for a workshop in June exploring Level 2 And Level 3 poses. This session will offer participants the chance to drill into more complex asanas, exploring their foundations, building blocks and ways to practice (and teach) them. Edgar and Lydia bring their own advanced practice and considerable experience as senior teachers, assessors, and mentors for IYA(UK).

The workshop is being held at The Iyengar Yoga Studio in East Finchley on Sunday 23 June, from 12.00pm to 4.00pm and is suitable for teachers, trainees (all levels) and other students of Iyengar yoga with at least 18 months’ experience.

The cost of the workshop is £45 (members)/£50 (nonmembers)
