It comes at a sad time for many of us , but we will be closing our doors for the final time on Sunday 27th January
, Sarah and I would like to thank all our loyal members who have supported the gym . But we would like to wish you all the best in the future training .
We have made some great friends over the past 8 years and shared many great memories together as a team , raised over Β£10,000 to varies charity’s .
To some people it’s been more than a gym in theirs lives .
Helped many reach there goals in training and to being on that stage competing . Even to people stealing my training moves (no names ).
