Be more productive.
More successful.
More organised.
More confident.
Less emotional.
Less chaotic.

Blah blah blah!!!

It can feel like you’re constantly being measured against a world that wasn’t designed with you in mind.

But your worth isn’t a performance review

Still learning.
Still growing.
Still beautifully imperfect.

And still enough. Always Enough!

Never regret what you give.

Whether it was love, energy, support or even your time.

When we regret giving so much to people who gave so little back.

Perhaps we’re expecting the return in the wrong place.

It might not come back from the same person or in the same way

And it certainly might not come back when you expect it.

But kindness has a funny way of finding its way back to you

Thats when you know what you gave wasn’t wasted. So keep being kind!

Just remember that next time, you’re allowed to keep a little of that kindness for yourself too. 💚

Hard times rarely feel meaningful when you’re actually living through them.

When you’re in the middle of the storm, you’re thinking about getting through today. Keeping going. Finding enough energy to try again tomorrow.

But sometimes, without even realising it, the rain is doing something.

You’re learning what you won’t tolerate anymore.
Discovering how resilient you actually are.
You’re planting new ideas.
You’re becoming someone you haven’t even met yet.

And then one day, you look around and realise the growth

I wouldn’t choose the rain.

But if it does, I’m beginning to appreciate the flowers that came afterwards.

If you’re in the rain right now, keep going. You don’t know what might be growing underneath it.

WHAT HAPPENED vs THE STORY YOU CARRY

Somewhere along the way, other people started writing stories about you.

You’re lazy.
You’re too much.
You’re difficult.
You’re dramatic.
You never finish anything.
You need to try harder.

And after hearing them enough times, we stopped questioning them.

We started living them.

However there’s a difference between what actually happened and the story your brain created, or inherited, because of it.

Maybe you weren’t lazy. All your brain needed interest, urgency or stimulation.

Maybe you weren’t too much. You were surrounded by people who didnt understand your energy and enthusiasm .

Maybe you weren’t difficult. You were struggling to communicate what you needed.

So ask yourself:

Are these old stories serving you NOW?

What have I been pretending is true about myself simply because I’ve believed it for so long?

And what is the reality?

Because once we separate the facts from the story, something powerful happens:

We create a blank space.

And in that space, we get to decide what comes next.

You don’t have to keep playing a character somebody else wrote for you.

Reframe the story.
Challenge the label.
Keep the lesson.
Leave the judgement.
And write the next chapter yourself.
