From Monday 4th Jan my online body weight HIIT classes are starting back up again. I would love to help you feel stronger and fitter in 2021. Come join me and start smashing them goals!

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8am or 6pm
£7.50 per week

I am also still offering 1-2-1 classes if you want a personalised workout sessions this can be with body weight or any equipment you have just let me know!

GET A HEAD START ON THEM NEW YEAR GOALS WITH THIS FAT BURNING CIRCUIT! 🥵💪🏻

Swipe and save this quick cardio and strength circuit. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with little breaks between. Take a 1 min rest after completing the 5 exercises then repeat 3-4 times.

1. High knees
2. Press ups
3. Mountain climbers
4. Squats
5. Burpees
