Looking for ways to connect with the little people in your life?

Join our upcoming baby and toddler yoga workshop. This is a 1 day (7hr) CPD (Continuing Professional Development) course available to nursery teachers, children’s yoga, yoga teachers or parents, who would like to explore sharing yoga and mindful techniques with infants and toddlers. 12 months to 3 years.

Have fun at home, bring it into your nursery schools or share in mum and baby groups.

We will be exploring the benefits, method - poses and breathing, relaxation, play, child development and how we can nurture this, songs, music, props and so much more.

Our next 1 day training is coming up soon.
In-Person (closest station to river is Surbiton) has 2 places left

Looking forward to our next Baby and Toddler Yoga workshops 🤍

Whether you’re a children’s yoga teacher, early years practitioner, or a parent wanting to share simple songs, stretches and calming moments with your little one (12 months+), you’d be so welcome to join us.

This isn’t postnatal yoga — it’s yoga for babies and toddlers ✨
Gentle practices you can bring into your home, classes, nurseries or early years settings.

Through movement, music, massage, breath and play, baby yoga can help support:
🌿 relaxation and better sleep
🌿 digestion and tummy comfort
🌿 coordination, balance and physical development
🌿 emotional regulation and confidence
🌿 bonding and connection
🌿 language, rhythm and social interaction
🌿 moments of calm for both little ones and grown-ups
