Coaching Opportunities at Actonians Girls – Join Our Growing Team! ⚽️

Actonians Girls are expanding, and we currently have a number of exciting volunteer coaching opportunities available across our girls’ teams and development sessions in West London.

As a club, we’re transitioning from being fully inclusive to a more competitive structure, building a stronger player pathway through to our First Team. To support this growth, we’re introducing new development sessions for players who are:
🌱 New to football
💪 Looking to build confidence before joining a match squad
⚽️ Keen to train without the commitment of league fixtures

We’re currently recruiting for the following coaching roles:
👧 Wildcats / U8s Coach
👟 U9–U11s Development Coach
💫 U12–U14 Development Coach
🔥 U16+ Development Coach

We’re also seeking Assistant Coaches across our competitive teams to help maintain balanced player-to-coach ratios in the following teams:
• U8s
• U10s
• U12s
• U14s

These are volunteer roles, ideal for anyone looking to gain experience, give back to the community, or progress along their coaching pathway.
Ideally, candidates will hold or be working towards:
🎓 FA Introduction to Coaching Football qualification
🩹 In-date FA First Aid & Safeguarding
🧾 FA DBS (required – we can assist)

You’ll join a friendly, supportive coaching team with access to a structured syllabus, 1-to-1 mentoring from our Head Coach, and ongoing CPD opportunities.
