Stop sitting, start moving.
Sitting at a desk for long periods - typically over 4-8 hours daily - is likely to cause chronic pain in the back and neck and promotes mental fatigue and anxiety.
Take regular breaks from work and move your body often. A short walk is all you need to significantly improve your health and well being.

Welcome to Pilates Circuit. We are a Reformer Pilates studio in London with studios in Wimbledon, Wandsworth, Fulham and South Kensington.

Pilates Circuit is owned by husband and wife, Elliot Lake and Katherine Wood, and the studios are managed by Monica Bianchi and her partner Thomas D’Amaro. Elliot, Katherine and Monica all teach in the studios, and you will often find them on site either teaching, doing a bit of admin, or in a class enjoying the workout alongside you.

Elliot has been teaching fitness since he moved to London 35 years ago. Some of the regular crew remember doing Reebok Step classes with him twenty years ago! Elliot and Monica opened the Fulham studio in 2016 and shortly after opening Elliot met Katherine and the Wandsworth studio opened in 2019. The following year the Mossop Street studio opened and in 2024 the Wimbledon studio opened. Come and see us, we would love to show you around and practice Pilates with you.

NEW CLASS added! 9am Friday 2nd January Reformer Pilates with instructor Katherine at the Fulham studio.
Katherine was feeling a little left out that she wasn’t teaching on 2nd January and so has added a class at 9am on the Fulham timetable.
Book now and get your workout in early! And please book… otherwise Katherine will feel rejected and she’ll be unbearable all day…

We’re all grown up now!
The Wandsworth studio has now reopened at its fabulous new location on Armoury Way!
Lila is teaching this morning and Tanya is teaching this afternoon. We are so happy to welcome you to class this morning and thank you for joining us. x
The Wandsworth studio opened on the Wandsworth High Street in 2019 - we were there 6 years! At this time, the studio in Fulham was still Bootcamp Pilates Fulham, and so the Wandsworth studio was the first to open as a Pilates Circuit studio.
Following lockdown, the Fulham studio then reopened in 2021 as the second Pilates Circuit location.
The studio in South Kensington opened in 2022 and the Wimbledon studio opened in 2024.

Pilates Circuit Wandsworth studio is moving!
The Wandsworth studio on Wandsworth High Street is moving to 61 Armoury Way. We will be closed for the next week and reopen at our new glorious location on Saturday 15th November 2025.
We want to be a little sad about moving - Wandsworth was our first studio and opened in 2019 - but we’re too excited about the new studio to shed any tears! We love 63 Wandsworth High Street… but… it’s not us, it’s you… it’s time to grow and move onwards and upwards!

WANDSWORTH IS MOVING! 🏡
We are very excited to let you know that the Pilates Circuit Wandsworth studio will be relocating in the next few weeks.
Don’t panic! We are just moving around the corner to 61 Armoury Way which is a stones throw away from the existing location. It takes 5 minutes to walk from the existing location to the new location - and that was whilst walking with Flo 🐕 who wanted to stop and sniff everything en route. At a brisk pace, you could do it in 3 minutes.
The builders are onsite at the moment making it beautiful for you and we are expecting to have the work completed by about mid-November.
We will keep you updated and let you know as soon as we have a confirmed date.
The timetable will stay the same. Your favourite instructors will still be teaching. Your class credits will still be valid. The Pilates will still be fantastic. Just a new location… a better location and a better studio.
