由零開始，經過六堂訓練，小朋友已經學得有板有眼！從基本步法、動作到節奏配合，大家互相合作、彼此配合，展現出良好的體能、紀律、團隊精神及合作精神。💪🤝

短短六堂，不只是學習醒獅，更讓小朋友在訓練中建立自信、學懂合作，感受傳統文化的魅力。🦁✨

🦁 Six Summer Lion Dance Classes Completed — Time to Showcase Their Progress! 🥁

Starting from scratch, our young participants have made great progress after six sessions! From basic footwork and movements to rhythm and coordination, they demonstrated excellent fitness, discipline, teamwork and cooperation. 💪🤝

In just six sessions, they learned more than lion dance — they built confidence, learned to work together and experienced the beauty of traditional culture. 🦁✨

We welcome schools, community centres, organisations and groups to collaborate with us to run lion dance classes!

本中心總監梁師傅，持有國際醒獅教練（南方獅）牌照，現正式聯同港人CIC組織舉辦醒獅暑期班，以廣東話授課，致力傳承香港醒獅文化及廣東話文化。課程教授正宗南方醒獅技巧，讓學員在學習傳統文化的同時，強身健體、鍛鍊體能、培養專注力及團隊合作精神。誠邀有興趣的大小朋友踴躍參加，**如暑期班反應理想，我們將開辦恆常班，讓更多人持續學習醒獅文化，一同將香港傳統文化薪火相傳！**同時，我們亦歡迎其他獅隊參與文化交流，共同切磋技藝、互相學習，推動醒獅文化持續發展。歡迎學校、機構及團體查詢合作開班。

The wait is finally over – our Lion Dance Summer Course is here!

Our Centre Director, Master Leung, a licensed International Southern Lion Dance Coach, is proud to launch our long-awaited Lion Dance Summer Course in collaboration with the Hong Kong CIC Organisation. Conducted entirely in Cantonese, the course is dedicated to preserving the rich heritage of Hong Kong Southern Lion Dance, while also promoting and safeguarding the Cantonese language.

Participants will learn authentic Southern Lion Dance techniques while improving their physical fitness, coordination, concentration and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment. Children, young people and adults with an interest in traditional culture are all welcome.

If the Summer Course proves popular, we plan to establish regular classes, enabling more people to continue their Lion Dance journey and helping to pass this treasured aspect of Hong Kong’s cultural heritage on to future generations.

We also warmly welcome other Lion Dance teams to join us for cultural exchange, sharing skills, learning from one another and working together to promote the continued development of Lion Dance culture.

Schools, organisations and community groups are welcome to contact the Hong Kong CIC Organisation to enquire about arranging classes and cultural programmes.

今年暑假，Together HK CIC 同心會非常高興與 英國盛興龍獅體育中心 UK（Shing Hing Dragon & Lion Dance Sport Centre UK） 合作，首次推出 《醒獅暑假文化體驗課程》，讓小朋友透過親身體驗，認識中華傳統醒獅文化，感受這項珍貴非物質文化遺產的魅力。

課程由 持有國際龍獅教練牌照、擁有多年表演及教學經驗的專業導師親自帶領。導師 自9歲開始學習龍獅，多年來一直致力推廣及傳承醒獅文化，希望將這份熱愛帶給新一代，讓更多小朋友有機會接觸及體驗這項傳統藝術。

除了學習基本舞獅技巧外，小朋友更可以親身體驗鼓、鈸、鑼等傳統樂器，從遊戲及互動中培養自信、專注力及團隊合作精神。

再次感謝 Letchworth Festival 邀請本中心擔任開幕表演之外，更安排舉辦醒獅工作坊，藉此可以讓更多種族人士對香港醒獅文化加深認識及了解。
本中心亦積極與其他地區商討舉辦恆常醒獅班，有興趣的朋友可以聯絡本中心查詢。

Once again, we would like to express our sincere thanks to Letchworth Festival for inviting our centre to perform at the opening ceremony and for arranging a Lion Dance Workshop. This provided a valuable opportunity for people from different ethnic backgrounds to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of Hong Kong’s Lion Dance culture.

Our centre is also actively exploring opportunities with other local communities to establish regular Lion Dance classes. If you are interested, please feel free to contact our centre for further information.

本中心致力向不同種族推廣香港醒獅文化，希望更多人認識此項有益身心的運動。

It is a great honour to be invited for the second consecutive year to perform at the opening of the Letchworth Festival.

Our centre is dedicated to promoting Hong Kong lion dance culture among people of all ethnic backgrounds, in the hope that more people will come to appreciate this beneficial practice for both body and mind.
