1. Superset - Bird dog - Spider plank.
2. Superset Walk out to lateral plank reach - X2 lunge pulses to lunge split jump.
3. Giant set Half circle to push up - Squat to front tap - Plank tricep extension.
4. Superset Front kick through - Chest to floor Burpees.

2. Sumo squat - 3sec down x2 pulses - x10Reps 3Sets
3. Deadlift. X12 reps 3Sets
4. Walking lunges. X10steps 3Sets
5. Bulgarian split x10Reps x3sets
6. Weighted calves raises x20 x3sets.
