1. Superset - Bird dog - Spider plank.
2. Superset Walk out to lateral plank reach - X2 lunge pulses to lunge split jump.
3. Giant set Half circle to push up - Squat to front tap - Plank tricep extension.
4. Superset Front kick through - Chest to floor Burpees.
