Aim. Loose plan this evening. Haven't seen the lad in a few weeks.

Had a chat. Stretched him out. Then got tucked into the strict bar work. Paired up with squat drills.

Move more. Be more.

When: Thursday.

Thoughts: work on some upper body integral strength bits an bobs hanging around on the bar.

strict chins and some dead hangs . Keep it tight keep it tidy.

Rehab attack: balance work on the bosu. Do some jazzy one legged maneuvers.

Smash a tonne of stiff leg dead lifts.

Injury: MCL grade 3 tear.

When. 23 days ago.

Remedy. Get moving normally asap.

Session to include

KB calve raises. Bit of Dyna band quad work. Hamstring lengthening. Crab walks and some squats.

No reps counted. Just feeling it out and seeing what feels good or not so good.

Rehabing Matt.

A partial disc herniation in his lower back earlier this year left Matt bed bound and in serious pain 24hrs a day.

A cortisol injection to manage the pain and 6 weeks of movement and here we are.

It's very nice to see the progression from nothing but Pilates and mobility work up untill now.

Today the TRX was introduced.
