Seriously, are they ok....
💭 Here's my thought for you - how do you do employee engagement well?
✨ Every organisation is looking for the magic spell that will unlock employee engagement. But what is employee engagement?
💡 Working as a performance coach in various businesses I’ve noticed that employees feel more engaged when they are invested in; are listened to; and have an opportunity to contribute new ideas.
💙 Working with their teams and people to create a high performance culture where confidence and success thrives means truly believing that your people are at the heart of all that you do.
🚨 If our people aren't ok, then our business won't be ok, ultimately being unsuccessful. (and nobody wants that!)
🏆 So, now more than ever employee engagement has to be top of the agenda for creating great places to work where you promote a high performance culture in the workplace and inspire people to be confident and show up as the best version of themselves everyday!
🛣 Employee engagement means that if you want to create an elevated, inspiring, successful year ahead where your dreams and goals for the company become a reality, then you have to invest and look after your people and culture to ensure you’re on the road to success.
💥 Being able to create a world of work you want tomorrow, starting with how you do business today is going to be key in the year ahead! So keeping employee engagement high by keeping the "people-centric-ness" alive means that your people will feel that they are really well looked after. Who doesn’t want that?
My all time favourite 3 top tips for creating employee engagement are:
1. Create a Year of Success for your team - Give them the skills to level up and shake things up! (Old thinking is out, NEW THINKING IS IN!)
2. Invest in Personal & Professional development - Enhance performance culture and inspire confidence in people every day, to be the best they can be! Create an environment where well-being and development are at the heart of learning and growth.
3. Avoid - Don't just appear to care, you have to actually care! Provide the support that people actually need to live a centre stage existence and shine in their own spotlight!
