Golden hour ⬇️

After traveling the globe all year, it’s great to be back in the U.K. (it’s a riot… 🤣😬) and back into a routine. Fitness has always been a huge part of the journey, and time alone is so valuable for focusing on self-improvement. However, it’s equally important to socialise and find that healthy balance.

Whilst large parts of my time are spent as a warrior monk, working and working on myself, it’s crucial to maintain those personal relationships that are so important for human development and happiness. It can be tempting to become a hermit sometimes, but in the long run it does you no good mentally.

Discovering new ways to stay happy and fit has been incredible, and there are many tips and insights to share as I get through the editing from 6 months away, as well as planning the next trips. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows, though. Everyone has their struggles and personal adversities to overcome. What matters is to keep pushing forward and find joy in the little things, like a good workout or a chat with a friend.

Stay positive and keep moving forward, you legends!

5&6: A very secret wedding, even his mother didn’t know. (I did though!) Hosted at the incredible

Been so busy since back from travelling but the next adventures are fully in the works. SO much to do between now and then!
