It’s so easy to rush through movements, especially when we want to feel like we’re “working hard.”
But speed doesn’t equal effectiveness.
Control does.

Small adjustments in technique can completely change how an exercise feels — and how much you get out of it.

That’s why I always encourage to move slower, breathe deeper, and pay attention to the quality of each rep.

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing it better.

Babywearing has been such a lifesaver for us! And I love those moments of closeness with Ines. Same like nursing, they both are such a special part of motherhood.

But as beautiful as those moments are they also ask a lot from our bodies. I started noticing how much my back, shoulders, and neck were working overtime — leading to stiffness, rounded posture, and discomfort.

These mobility exercises help to reduce muscle tension from long hours of holding and feeding and support better posture.

If you’re mum like me think of these as little reset you can sneak into your day — no equipment, just a few minutes to give your body some care while you care for your little one.
