This didn’t happen in 6 weeks.
It’s taken 15 years of showing up, learning, failing, and figuring out what actually works.
I’m 35 now and I feel stronger, fitter, and more in control than I ever did in my 20s.
At 25, I was overthinking every meal, chasing quick fixes, and getting nowhere.
Now?
I only train for 45 minutes.
Not because I don’t want to do more but because I’m flat out busy. My time is limited.
So I built a structure and strategy that works for me one that helps me train smart, stay consistent, and actually suits my lifestyle.
And no, this didn’t come overnight.
It’s been years of consistency and patience.
Not every week is my best week—some are up, some are down.
But I always show up.
And I always get my sessions in.
