I plan to do some small weekend trips to some European spots, and then a big trip to Colombia in October, and then Dubai again.

I got Japan and Bali on my to do list over the next 6-8 months!

I been in your shoes so it makes these conversations a lot easier

The idea of picking a target market and niching down is scary

and it filters out in peoples content

When you speak to everyone you end up speaking to no-one

I know thats hard to hear

but if you cannot come out and say whats in your heart, you will struggle to grow your online business

Unlike most people, I am not really a fan of travelling

I hate going to the airport
going through security
being out of routine
not being able to sleep

ITs not for me

dont get me wrong I enjoy a good holiday every now and then

but I didnt build an online business to travel more
infact, I built so I could just stay at home and not be told what to do

I dunno if its because I am a striker lol but I just like doing s**t solo dolo

and I hate being told where to be, what time to be there, and feeling like my fate is in someone elses hands

thats why I was always arguing with teachers as a kid

With that being said, the ability to say 'hey, I am going away fro a few days' and know that my income wont be completely battered is a good feeling

When I was a PT I had to move my cleints for when I got back, which meant I had an absolute S**T storm to deal with
OR i had to refund all their sessions while I was away - that was s**t

I couldnt live like that

again, someone else in control of my fate

not for me

If they are not paying your bills, why the hell do you care what people think?

being scared to post content is like taking food out of your own mouth

Ok I get some ppl are more confident than others

But you start s**t, and get better

You think you were born with the ability to squat, or run a 20 minute 5k?

No it takes practice

and a lot of you are scared of practice
you just wanna be good from the jump

Sorry mate - not happening - go practice, and get good

itll come over time

put the reps in
and people will fall in love with your character and content

The guy on the LEFT needed the guy on the RIGHT…it would have saved a lot of headache and trial and error. Let me explain why

The guy on the left = Struggled with generating consistent leads for his coaching business

The guy on the left = Had no idea what his offer was, or who his ideal client was

The guy on the left = Unstable income - some months 3k, other moths 6k…but never sustainable

The guy on the left = Taking random standing orders and manual bank transfers

The guy on the left = Changed his prices depending on if the lead asked for a discount

The guy on the left = Thought he needed a website to start online coaching

The guy on the left = Hated waking up at 5am to open the gym, but didn’t know of any other way to do coaching

The guy on the left = Didn’t track his sales, didnt track his leads, and didnt have a guarantee with his offer.

The guy on the left = Worked tirelessly, more of a hard worker than a smart worker.

The guy on the left is dedicated and does a great job, his clients love him - he pushes them extra hard…but he was also on the cusp of quitting this fitness thing

Only if the guy on the left met the guy on the right SOONER…All the issues above would have been solved a lot quicker…

BUT there was one thing the guy on the left was good at - and that was self development

The guy on the left = willing to invest in himself to build his coaching business and change his situation - going against the grain, and putting himself out there no matter how uncomfortable it become.

& that is the difference between those who build a sustainable fitness career, and those who don’t

If you are the guy/gal on the left - find your guy/gal on the right ASAP - and do something about it…

My favourite meme, why dont coaches get it?

Just like how we hire fitness coaches to get in shape
You also need a coach to help you grow your fitness business

I see a lot of PT's in the game holding themselves back because they think they can grow an online business by trying to put things together from youtube or a free facebook group

Yet they are on social media telling people to buy their programs

You have to practice what you preach

I am a product of being coached

Ive been coached all my life

Football
Education
Business

No man is an island

I recently made an investment in a group coaching program - its a lot cheaper than what I have paid in the past, but I'm learning everyday from a coach who is doing 155k per month

Proximity is the key

IF you are below £5k per month, you need find a coach doing double that, and go learn from them

Or you can keep doing the 'I will try on my own' thing

and thats cool
dont get me wrong, you need periods where you just battle it out on your own

but it only last so long

anyway

I got to around 6-7k per month and I was pretty much stuck, I wasnt sure how to really scale this program to 10-15k,

Learning this method was really powerful for me, and it meant that I could easily get a fresh batch of new leads without much effort

The more challenges I ran, the better I got at running them

It has got the point where I can actually atomate this whole process and get leasd and new clients (well semi-automated because I still had to do sales calls)

this process doesn't work if you have a S**T offer
it doesnt work if you dont have a solid niche
it doesnt work if you are not willing to invest in your business

But when you do it properly, it is really a game changer for your business

Nobody is BORN confident. So when clients come to be, I don't focus on giving them a to-do list...I change how they see themselves

I always say the difference between a PT and a Coach is that a Coach changes behaviour

A PT just gives you something to do for an hour

What would you call yourself right now? A PT or a Coach?

IF your business is not where it needs to be, it's because you are still operating as a run of the mill
PT instead. ofbeing the Coach that you should be

Become the leader
Change peoples behaviours
Make them BELIEVE in themselves

And evrything else around you will start to reflect that change
